Are you someone who strives to make a difference to people's lives through your work?
Are you a leader who wants to lead with integrity, a manager who wants to build a team where everyone feels valued, someone who wants to feel energised by their work?
There are many reasons why someone seeks out coaching as part of their professional development. Coaching will help you to navigate challenging work situations, take care of yourself in the process and to work creatively and in alignment with your values.

You might not be clear about why Coaching appeals to you at this time, perhaps you just know something needs to change. Or perhaps you feel excited by the idea of a space to let your mind run more freely, to think creatively.
I coach professionals working within challenging environments where there is a focus on supporting people: health, education, psychological and social services, the charity sector, not for profit, social impact. I I coach leaders, managers, team members, or those who work independently.Wherever you see yourself here, I'd love to hear from you.

Why Coaching?
You might feel that you're not doing the job as you want to or as you set out to. Perhaps you're aware that the difference you're making is impacted by how well you look after yourself. You're stretched too thinly, running on empty. You have a sneaking suspicion that showing up for yourself will make you more able to show up for others and be the person you want to be at work.
Coaching is a step in the direction of showing up for yourself.

Coaching provides time and space to think. It's a commitment to the idea that time taken to think freely and creatively is an organisational and individual necessity, not a luxury.

Taking time to think and to tune into yourself allows your mind and body to be the valuable resource that it is. You'll feel more confident about the decisions you make at work. Good decisions save time. Decisions that align with your values have a special kind of energy.

As coach I'm there as collaborator. With attention, your ideas and solutions emerge naturally. You have all the answers. Coaching gives space for new possibilities to open up, helping you take steps with greater clarity and more confidence.

Coaching isn't a quick fix. 'Light bulb moments' certainly do happen, but they're not guaranteed. It's a steady and purposeful process of illumination.

Coaching brings space, attention, relief, but it doesn't always feel comfortable. Change and new insights emerge when you step out of the familiar, out of your 'comfort zone'. Not so far out that you hastily retreat and never want to step out again but just enough to see and experience something different.
