Hello
I have over 35 years of experience in supporting people through collaborative and purposeful conversation. I am a coach, group analyst, psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. I have held leadership positions in education and training, been a teacher and worked as part of a team. I value all of this experience and I bring it to being a Coach. My focus is on partnering in meaningful conversations that lead to change—conversations that can help you to get to where you want to go and become who you want to be.
Debra Nash
I've had a successful independent consultancy practice since 2005 and am currently working as a Coach, Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Group Analyst. Before that I worked in Secondary Education, firstly as an English Teacher and then in senior managment as Director of Inclusion at a large secondary school in Brent. More recently I was Director of Training at Group Analysis North. At various times I have been commissioned by the NHS and other organisations to deliver interventions at organization or client level.
Each of my roles has it's own distinct way of working and ethical codes. Some things though are common to all: partnership and collaboration, curiosity not judgement, empathy, active listening and respectful challenge. A working relationship where trust grows is at the heart of everything I do. I'm alongside you.
